THE Pie Crust Class

Thursday, December 8, 2016 at 1:00 pm

THE Pie Crust is a hands-on class demonstrating how to make a everybody’s-talking-about-it pie crust. Joyce Gibbons will lead us, letting us know her secret to THE Pie Crust. Each participant will learn about making the dough and proper rolling techniques to make a delicious pie.

Each participant will need to bring a pastry cloth, rolling pin with sleeve, and a pie tin.

There is no cost for the class but since space is  limited, sign up is required. Please stop by the library or call to sign up.
